With more than a decade of dedicated practice, Briana Arnold has received recognition as one of the region’s most respected legal minds in the practice of Immigration Law, Family, Law, and Personal Injury Law.

As the daughter of Ukranian immigrants to the United States, Briana is particularly passionate about the practice of immigration law. Not only is she able to empathize with her clients’ lived immigrant experience, she also takes pride in her persistent pursuit of just resolutions to their often difficult and complex legal cases.

In addition to her practice of immigration law, Mrs. Arnold is an experienced practitioner of family law cases. With her empathetic, kind, and patient approach to her client’s often emotional cases, Briana has ably navigated families to amicable resolutions of their divorce, child support, and child custody cases. Mrs. Arnold is also highly-experienced in the area of Estate Planning, helping individuals and couples plan for the preservation of their legacy, and the distribution of their assets.

Briana established Arnold Law’s motto “Knowledge. Compassion. Results.” at the foundation of her firm. She believes that while some firms have the technical legal knowledge, others can treat you with compassion and empathy, and others still can deliver a positive outcome, few can truly offer all three. Mrs. Arnold presently resides in Carroll County with her husband and two children. In her free time, Briana enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
